Pretty poor quality control but of course this $14 box was made in China so I guess I should have expected that. The "sliding" lid is 1/8th less than wide and only sits on the box with a huge air gap, without any type of gasket. The color is also a lot lighter than the picture but that is to be expected with items like this. I know the measurements in the product name are correct but I was still surprised at how big this box was when I got it in front of me . Using a tape measure and my imagination, I didn't quite get the size of the box right when I ordered it. Anyway, I use this box to hold some brushes.
