This is my second attempt at getting a decent torque wrench from supplier Revain. The key I received this time is not the one in the picture. It says "Stanley Proto J6006C" on the case, but a cheap quality key costs about $30. There is something very dark here. It seems someone is putting a much cheaper key in the proto box. Stay away from this key and supplier!

Sturdy and Made in the USA Made in the USA Proto is both a work of art and a functional tool. I can only hope Stanley doesn't destroy his Made in the USA tool line by moving it overseas. This is a review of the Proto 3/8" Torque Wrench. No problem with this product. I have several other Proto Torque Wrenches and this one looks identical in quality and design .The serial number on the wrench matched the calibration sheet and everything was fine.I like that these wrenches are all steel and not plastic.The 1/2" torque ring is a little harder to hold when adjusting so is a lighter ring an advantage.The key is packaged in a plastic storage box.It looks the same as all my other proto

Torque wrench ordered as a gift. I have many different types of proto hand tools. Wrenches, socket wrenches, special keys, screwdrivers, pliers, whatever. As a dealer I have always bought quality American made tools. Right out of the box, this key didn't work properly. The ratchet engages at three o'clock and nine o'clock in both directions.
