Bought the brackets to install extensions on my miter saw table. The shelves were fairly easy to install, just needed to make sure they are lined properly. I had to make some adjustments after I installed them to make sure the extensions dropped down properly. Overall I am very satisfied with the brackets and am going to buy another set for a drop down extension for another shop cart.

So like many has said, most likely need different mounting hardware. Also the alignment is crucial to allow for complete collapse of shelf. If wall is uneven or location is awkward to work in it may be a little tricky to get good alignment for smooth collapse of shelf. Given the length of the 16" shelf bracket, a minor error close to wall will be amplified towards the end of bracket. This will cause the last couple of inches to not align preventing full collapse.

Used to add additional work area to table saw, but they are not as sturdy as I anticipated. Other than that they are what I was looking for.

This product is not all stainless steel. The cross bolts are rusting badly and it is after the return period. Do not buy this item if you wish to use it outside.

One bracket had a little more "play" when I unboxed it, but installed it was just as sturdy as the other. Works perfect for my 24" deep x 36" wide 3/4" thick board I chose for a laptop desk.

The product failed to meet my expectations because the release lever was not as far forward as I would have liked. The braces support a Laundry Room Folding Table and the release tabs would be a lot easier to work with if they were just an inch or two forward. Other than that I am very pleased with the product. Great product as described. Study came with extra mounting anchors for drywall andall the screws you need to install. I will buy again.

Took a few minutes to figure out how to install because no instructions or templates were included, but turned out to be easy to install and works as advertised.

Great brackets and super sturdy but with no mounting instructions or guide to help align them, they take awhile to install as you have to get them set just right on the wall. Make sure you test them to make sure they are properly aligned once you attach the shelf

I snapped 2 of the 6 screws for the wall mounting, like the title and numerous other reviews have said the mounting hardware is junk. They are using 3" cast aluminum screws for the mounting to the wall. The alignment is crucial as other have stated as well. My recommendation is to find the exact distance between studs and mount the brackets on the shelf the correct spacing and then remove it from the shelf and mount to the wall and then reattach to the shelf with the brackets holding the shelf…

I put these up on the end of the sink cabinet in my travel trailer to add more counter space. Worked great! And like the option of them folding out of the way when not needed. Structural overkill for what I needed. Well built.

This set is was the best value for the money I could find (for the longer 16" brackets). Sturdy and fairly easy to install, they work great!

Wanted a sturdy shelf with minimal footprint. These do that, with a hitch. Screwing a piece of wood on top is not easy May not be suitable for use with large or bulky items.

Used these for the fold-up legs for dog ramp I constructed for moving fur babies in and out of SUV. Works very well! May not be suitable for use with items that require constant access.
