Wow one day after 30 days the product was defective after 7-9 days of use it was defective from the start. , but I only attributed this to a product that may need to be used to overcome the difficulty of opening or closing the Quick Products QP-ASS101 platform level. Thought it would come loose but actually broke because the clip that was supposed to hold the step open only had to be inserted by hand. Very strong and sturdy crotch. I think it will easily handle 400 pounds and all but one of the features work well and are exactly what you would expect. The 3 inch height option listed is a bit misleading and not very helpful. To do this, it must be used with the legs folded in the storage position.
