Best Christmas Gift 2018

I bought the Cyclone for my 4 year old grandson thinking he was the only one small enough to use it. It was the most controversial Christmas present of all time: the 6- and 8-year-olds also wanted to use it. I bought it because my daughter has a small garden and the Cyclone is very manoeuvrable and fun, even in tight spaces.

Great wheelchair for kids with broken leg.

We bought this for our 2 year old who broke his leg. We had to put him on a plastic cutting board so he could put his feet up and that worked really well. He was great at it and he loved it. The only criticism is that it starts to creak a lot after intensive use. If you leave the inner caps on the wheel hubs, you can put some graphite on the axles to reduce the squeak.

  • Confident
Cons
  • No color required

Good but small shortwave radios

We've had two plastic WhizWheels in our family for thirty years. The kids loved them and we want their kids to love them and we never see them on the market nowadays. So when we saw it, we were ecstatic. It's metallic, well made and perfect except it doesn't even fit our granddaughter who is 8 years old. He's too small. upset. If they made it the size of our old plastic, that would be a winner.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Great and fun ride with

My 3 year old sat up straight away and learned how to manoeuvre, including corners (she needed a bit of help to move backwards). I love it, but I'm biased into loving anything that keeps my child physically active. One shortcoming I would like to address is that there is no slot in the back of the seat to attach a flag for security. The lack of safety will limit the toy's usability (it works best on the sidewalk, but I can't let it drive where there are cars).

  • Fingers crossed

Big Wheels of Fun - Portable AV

My son received money for Christmas and was dying to buy some of it, so we talked about what he would like and what he likes about Big Wheel. really described. So when we mentioned Cyclone, we weren't sure if he would be happy just using his hands to move. Well, once he started using it, we couldn't tear it down. The quality is superb and the material is strong enough to withstand anything a 6 year old might throw at him in the basement or outdoors. We like it because he plays sports and…

Not perfect but worth the price.

Bought for grandchildren. After receiving one and a few days later another, I collected them. The instructions could have been a bit more precise, but after the first I was able to assemble the second correctly. Nothing serious was found. One of them was cosmetics. Which wheel was on which side could be a little confusing, but that was a minor issue. The only thing I noticed was that after assembly, a small wheel under the seat creaked loudly. A drop of lube would fix that. Another issue was…

Great toy for our daughter with Spina Bifida!

Great little ride toy! We bought this for our daughter with spina bifida as an internal alternative to her wheelchair. It was very easy to assemble and lightweight. She is only 2 years old so a bit tall, instead of using manual footpegs she just pushes the wheels but her other siblings who are 3, 7, 9 years old move around with no problem. My only wish is that it comes with some sort of rubber wheel or grip tape to improve grip on tile and wood floors. Plastic wheels are very prone to slipping,
