This flag pole is easy to use and looks very nice. The twist lock mechanism seems to be much better than my old HBF pole; so far it's staying up. The flag appears to be pretty solid, easy to assemble and easy to set up. Only problem I have is the plastic gold ball on top arrived broken. And Revain won't allow to just request a ball replacement. I guess I try and glue it together.11/22/22We Valor contacted me about the damaged ball, and shipped me a new one free of charge. I replaced it, and I am still happy with the flag. I take it down in high winds just in case.

Overall, this is a good product. This worked really well in 15-20 mph winds. Some gusts were higher and it still held up well. The pole is built well and flexes in high winds, but just enough to ensure nothing will break. I had two nylon flags attached to give you and idea of the weight and drag this would create in winds. I really like this flagpole but the ball at the top came cracked and there is no where to contact the company to get a replacement.

Very disappointed with this flag pole. It worked one time to extend and lock. Now it will not collapse on one section and it won’t lock on another section. Very flimsy as well, in a light breeze.

Flagpole is very good quality. I chose to set the sleeve and concrete and it stays perfectly straight and sturdy. Only problem is with two flags on the pole they seem to get twisted up. I think it works best with just one flag. But great pole overall

The flagpole assembly works very well. Pretty easy to raise & lower as advertised. One minor complaint we have: the U.S. flag provided is not 3’ X 5’ as advertised; it is about 2’-6” X 4’.

Outstanding customer service through we valor, the 90 day warranty was over with Revain and the pole had cracked, at like 100 days, it seemed to just be a faulty pole because this was the 2nd pole iv had and the first was great. I sent them a picture of the break and they sent me a new pole within a week! Very happy with the service

Regrettably it didn’t come with lanyards which I expected although I must admit, none were mentioned in the product description. My error! I wish the Flag attachments were metal instead of plastic. I hope those will be available when the plastic ones wear out.

Great pole, but not really designed for 2 flags. Notice on the photo that the center attaching point for the lower part of the top flag and the top attachment of the lower flag is a single clip point. I didn’t notice until I received it! If you want to put up 2 flags, look for a pole that has a double central clip point for the 2 flags.

This is our 3rd telescoping flag pole. Other two lost grip at joints and we had to use screws to keep them from collapsing This pole seems to have much better locking mechanism at each joint. Time will tell.

The idea that you can just pound sand around a flag pole is nice, but don't expect that will last. Expect to concrete it in eventually.

I got the 30 foot one. Nicely! On top is a 20 foot HAM antenna. Its wobbly due to total length but it can be lowered when not in use.
