Last but not least: Appearance

has worked great for 8 months now it's just hanging up. Will not retract even with the hand tool provided. Most likely under warranty, but it hurts to keep turning it on and off. The unit was not abused, was on a light truck trailer and was used on a monthly basis. Disappointing reliability.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Excellent investment. You won't regret this purchase

This jack, along with the Barker portable litter bin, has made a huge difference in my motorhome enjoyment. Very easy to install. I use it on a 10kg 35ft trailer. Gets the job done without hesitation or hesitation. It's slow, but I use those extra few seconds to appreciate all the work I'm not doing.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Some nuances

Fell apart after the first ride with it.

Installation is as easy as any. I had no problems on my first ride, but when I got home and parked it in the parking lot, when I pushed the button to raise the RV to release my tongue from the hitch, my whole foot hit the ground. . I could see that some kind of locking pin in the stock was sheared off immediately. Luckily I was still hooked up so I had to lug everything home to get a hand crank to install it so I could unhook the camper. My camper weighs only 2660 pounds dry and 220 pounds…

  • Enjoyable
Cons

I had to cut the bottom!

I had to modify it in a way that most people probably don't have this tool or know how to do it. The shaft/tube protruding beyond the "A" bracket was too long and hit my trailer truck. My top hole is 2 1/4" but my trailer's bottom bracket hole was only 2" so it didn't quite seat. So I had to cut off part of the jack, 2 1/2" without cutting the inner tube that goes up and down. I understand that anyone mechanically inclined won't have a problem with this, but that's just that folks know is…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Useless functions
