There's nothing worse than a kid without a power cord for their devices. After a teething puppy chewed on his previous cord we had to replace my son's WII U cord and it was an affordable and clean option that got him playing again and on rainy days our house was a little quieter.

Very good quality charger for the Wii U controller. I have used it several times. While it doesn't have the Nintendo logo on it, everything else on the charger works the same way. I think they made it to OEM specs. The charger did not get warm during charging. I have to keep a spare in case the dog decides to chew it (which happened to my original one) lol. I will definitely buy again!

At first I was pleased that the charger arrived so quickly and worked great. After a month and a half the charger stopped working. Because the charger was so new I thought it was the control panel. My 9 year old plays with his toys a lot so I ordered a new control panel. Since the charger was relatively cheap, I ordered it as a backup. L tried to connect the old charger to the new panel. Item arrived as expected and in new condition. Works as it should. Fits onto the Wii U device just like the original charging adapter. My son has a Wii U system and this system was purchased new and is only about 3-4 years old. About six months ago, the original charging adapter stopped charging the portable part of the device.
