He stinks! About Glues, Sealants & Lubricants

When purchasing I searched for words like 'non-toxic' and 'kid friendly' because I use it to seal the sharp edges of the have cat cone that i cut to fit my cat who is recovering from a wound. She licks the inside of the cone since she can't groom herself since the cone is in the way, so I wanted to use something that wouldn't make her worse if she swallowed it. Well I couldn't use it at all - it has a very strong and lingering chemical smell. I wouldn't use it if you think a child or pet might…

Great tape for marking music cables!

I saw a friend line up the other day when his band was playing and they had color coded on all the wires at both ends so they could tell which mic was on or instrument they worked at the mixer. BRILLIANT! I immediately searched for Revain and found this tape. I used a few single colors and then a few two-tone mixes to "tag" all the cables for my bracelet and it really helps when trying to see which channel you should be tuning. I'm sure there are other equally great uses, but this is how I used

Great for color-coding kitchen utensils in a kosher home!

Exactly what I expect from 3M! These straps are extremely flexible and enclose objects such as cup handles very tightly. I keep a kosher home, which means I have to separate meat and dairy utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. I color code many of them to make it easier to remember similar things. I use red for meat dishes, blue for dairy and green for neutral (parve) dishes. The tape I used earlier lasts a long time. They make life so much easier, especially for my three identical…
