Basically satisfied! Keeps me roasted

Pleasant quality, I don't feel any wires. Heats up well, then I lower it to 1 or 2 depending on how cold it is. I was surprised by the good travel and how it fits my very deep mattress and can hold even more. The only thing that worries me is that there is about 4 inches on either side where there is no heat/wires and I have a double bed. It's like they used the same pattern for the double but just added more fabric to make it fit. It would be nice if the wires reached the edge.

  • Solid design

I love the auto off feature!

I am really very happy with this product. I was able to quickly put the pad on and attach the remotes. Individual side mounting plugs are located at the base of the mattress and the cords are long enough to be placed on a bedside table. The remote controls are easy to use to set the timer and temperature. The pad heats up quickly on the entire selected side. My favorite feature is the timer! I no longer have to worry about turning off the mattress topper before leaving the house. 5 stars for…

Do the controllers have a design flaw?

The heater works great but when the time runs out and it turns off the controls don't work the next time you use it. The next day, when we turn on any controller, it blinks, and the panel does not heat up. We need to unplug it to reset the controller. Is there something wrong with our controllers for our queen size rug, or is it a design flaw? I'd like to contact the manufacturer to see if there's an easy way to reset the controller's firmware instead of turning it off every night. Otherwise I…

Great product! It heats up quickly and having a timer is a blessing. I have a habit of falling asleep under the covers, which is normal, but then I wake up in the middle of the night and I get hot! I turned it on to just relax and as soon as I go to bed I can turn it off by waiting for the timer to turn it off for me. The duvet also heats up quickly. Great product and good price. I'm looking at some of them with king beds and prices ranging from $300 to $700. It was worth the price I paid. I…

Overall looks very high quality

Dislikes: Power cord wasn't very long. (The previous one was about 8 feet long). There was some difficulty as our bed was set up for electricity. But in the end it was actually better than the old heating pad. When it gets colder, maybe everything will be fine. Location SE Pennsylvania. Small gripe: based on our setup, we can't see the controls due to the stiffness of the power cord. You can only place the controller facing the bed. Likes: Easy to set up. We like the timer feature, which didn't

Read what others are saying and believe it

This is our third heater in about 10 years. This has the same issues as the others in that the controls make a buzzing noise when activated. I hear but my husband doesn't hear or it doesn't bother him. Luckily I turn off the heating pad at night after preheating for a few hours. This heating pad is not as warm as the previous ones and I don't like it. Setting it to 9 and preheating for 3 hours barely gets warm. Also, there is too much space between the edge of the mat and where it gets hot…
