Terrible slip resistance

Shoes look very good. Very comfortable. Elastic laces dangle slightly. But this is by far the worst anti slip shoe I have ever had. I do a lot of deliveries to fast food restaurants. And banks and other places with tiled floors and with shoes wet from the rain, I've slipped and almost fallen. 4 times and I still haven't passed half the day.

Great all round shoe for work and everyday life

This shoe is great for working in restaurants/on slippery surfaces. It also looks very pretty and trendy to wear every day as long as you keep them clean which would be easy since they are all black. It's also very comfortable to stand on your feet for long shift hours. When you work in a restaurant, food (flour and powder) gets on the fabric and is difficult to clean, but it is well ventilated.

Pros
  • Easy to assemble

Great if you're on your feet more than 14 hours a day!

I'm up all day from 7am to 9pm! These shoes are very light and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who is on their feet all day! I don't use them on wet floors so not sure if they are slip resistant but if you work on your feet all day they are great!

Pros
  • Many will fit
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Just a few tweaks to the perfect work shoe

This review is aimed primarily at those of us in the hospitality industry: this shoe is ready to go almost straight out of the box. No break-in period required. They are true to size and fit snugly on the foot. I like that they don't have laces. I hate tying my shoelaces at work and shoelaces can get pretty uncomfortable from food and liquid spills. I highly recommend spraying them with a waterproof nano protectant spray. Otherwise the liquid will pass through these shoes. The nano processing…

Great comfort Goes well with shoes

Bought: 2 from: Skechers Cessnock Mens Sneakers, Black, 13W USB Worn for about two weeks. Bought a second pair after the first week. Designed for people who are on their feet. Very comfortable, easy to put on and take off, fits well. There are elastic laces, no need to tie. Just as easily fastens to the laces on the leg, no need for regular laces. No more tying shoelaces or accidentally untying shoelaces. I had these when I was a chef, much more comfortable than the kitchen slippers they gave…

Best kitchen shoes I've ever owned

So I bought specialty shoes at a department store for $20 and wore them on in 1-6 months and I got tired of shelling out money just to to go for work. These shoes felt like a good, durable option while still being stylish and lightweight. Shoes meet all the requirements, waterproof, light, with a good insole, do not slip. I thought they would last a little longer but I wanted to wait until I saw signs of these shoes falling apart. Let me get this straight, I work 40-70 hours a week both in the…

  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Work shoe wearer

Very comfortable non-slip work shoes. I've used TreadSafe and Shoes-For-Crews in the past, and while TreadSafe was the more convenient of the two, they fell apart pretty quickly. Any bar or restaurant worker knows that the SFC is probably the most uncomfortable shoe you will ever wear, so much so that the SFC will try to sell you insoles at the checkout. These sketchers are way more comfortable than any of them, but I've waited to review them to see if they hold up. It turns out they do! They…

  • Finally bought

No support but insane traction

The non-slip sole is the reason I bought these shoes and they work exceptionally well in my restaurant environment. The factory memory foam insoles were total crap, but that's cool because I knew I was going to take them out anyway and have Dr. Scholl. That's exactly what we did and bang, light shoes that don't look like "safety shoes", with real insoles long layers or doubles are no problem. And I no longer fear breaking my wrist every time I turn the CORNER! Order your size - buy real insoles

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Sad packaging
