Convert BNC Cameras to Micro USB!

I had an old security system with BNC cameras throughout the house. Wanted to upgrade to wifi cameras but they need 5v instead of 12v provided by BNC cables for this converter to do the job perfectly. Now I can replace all my BNC cameras with WiFi modules without running a new cable.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Negative impression

Compact way to internally power Raspberry Pi in my 3D printer

Does exactly what I need - allows me to print Raspberry Pi from my CTC Dual 3D printer -Power adapter to supply power must have two outlets. Nothing more to say except that it is small and easy to install in my printer. The input voltage is very wide, from 8 to 50 V.

Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine

Working, durable, cord too short

Working as advertised. looks really tough The incoming power cords are a bit short, but otherwise the device lives up to expectations. Use it to power the Octopi from the Ender 3's 24V power supply. It turns out that this is the only power supply I have that provides adequate and stable power to the Pi.

Pros
  • GOLS certified

Works great with Ring Alarm Keypad

Used to provide 24/7 power to the Ring Alarm Keypad, the cables from the previous security system were already in the wall. I used an old unused wall transformer where the old panel was supposed to power this buck and this powers the keyboard so it looks nice on the wall and the light stays on all the time.

Pros
  • Lightweight, compact, easy to use and carry; Auto-recovery
Cons
  • Negative signal present

Works like a champ!

Works like a master even with different voltages. I am using this to power a Raspberry Pi connected to a controller. which runs on a 12 volt battery but has an internal charging circuit. Voltage ranges from 12v to nearly 14v, and in my rig I hooked it up to a drained PC power supply that was only making 11.6v. It worked like a champ. Even if the voltage suddenly drops, the Pi never sees it and never restarts. When I accidentally reversed the polarity on the input, nothing burned out, it just…

Works great with the Ring Alarm Keyboard!

I used this converter to connect a Ring Alarm keyboard where an old ADT keyboard was installed. ADT uses a DSC box for all wiring. My DSC box is powered by a Honeywell step-down transformer with an output voltage of 16.5VAC 25VA. I was nervous about using a DC converter as I was concerned that my old transformer in the DSC box would supply AC instead of DC. I used a multimeter to check the ends of the connectors where I wanted to place the Ring Keyboard. Have 12.5V DC voltage. I also tested the
