Too much work! - Linen

Too much work to sew. I can't sew and now I'm waiting for my mother to put them on me. Too complicated: not an easy decision and I thought I'd buy

Pros
  • Finally bought

It's a sewing chore

It's a sewing chore, but it's worth it. My husband and I suffered from bedspreads clumping in the corners and it was very annoying. Problem solved with them! An added bonus is that it actually makes filling the liner easier since you can snap one side in to get started. My husband has said many times how much he appreciates this blanket!

Pros
  • A good thing
Cons
  • Exchange availability

These clasps seem very strong, just what I was looking for

These clasps seem very strong, just what I was looking for. I sewed them to each corner of my duvet and sewed ribbon loops to each inside corner of my duvet cover. Works well. I think you should have sewn those tabs to the duvet cover as well, but I don't want bulk and I just want it to stay in place. Works anyway!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons

It takes some time and thought to get them right.

It takes time and thought to fit them correctly, but they are worth it. I started by turning my comforter over and using safety pins to mark where each clasp was. Instead of sewing them on, I used hot glue. Ironing was much easier than sewing, simply because the comforter and bedspread are very large and difficult to sew with a sewing machine.

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Functional but not perfect

There are a few things a sewing shop can do to make this product much, much better: I'm sure it will reduce the cost significantly. At the same time, every free piece of thread gets into the bag from an already very rough, uneven cut. I don't normally turn down a free product, but I definitely don't need a dozen tiny pieces of dental floss along with my strips. 2. Instructions, as already mentioned, are missing. Make a short video showing where you plan to place these strips and it will make a…

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Too long to wait
