    All 1/8' aluminum rivets are easy to use.

    I've used these 1/8" aluminum rivets on several projects and found them to be good quality and easy to use. Use a #30 drill bit, it's slightly larger for the Sung rivet. The rivets are 3/16" deep but need some room to expand.

    Better than screws Good for rivets

    I like to use these rivets instead of screws for the sheet metal projects I do. I personally think that the little extra effort to drill the holes is worth it. I've tried a few of these and they have worked great in my rivet tool and seem to hold parts securely like any other rivet. I am satisfied with the product.

    WORK SO WELL - Fasteners

    ALUMINUM RIVETS FOR MATCHING JOINTS Shabby says - These are the rivets I've been buying for decades. They have an aluminum body with a steel shaft. They have a 3/16 inch grip area, which is the maximum thickness you can cut. I use them for home repairs like guttering and other repairs. I suggest getting a good manual rivet gun so you can swap out the rivet heads for different sizes. River Thorns. They are a must for homeowners!
