Used but fully functional and clean. Very happy with the purchase.

Whilst used it has been tested and found to be satisfactory with some surface scratches. Fully functional in every way and very clean. Surface scratches are barely visible. Very happy with a third party purchase that delivered what it promised. Would buy from them again.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • A newer model could have been chosen

Everything worked in it, except for the ejection flap.

Everything worked in it, except for the flap that ejected the VHS cassette. It starts to open but then gets stuck. You will need to use a butter knife to pry out the tape. I wanted to give it to some of my grandchildren but it would be too heavy for them. I kept it and got another one for her. I asked the seller for a partial refund and they gave me some of my money back. thanks for that

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Little things

These people have to learn to pack technical equipment.

The device was packaged in a box at least five times the size it should be, with no padding to protect it. THAT DOES NOT WORK. Installed, powered on - caught fire, displayed CHANNEL 3 and powered off - all in about ten seconds. It did NOT accept the tape, but since it didn't turn on, it didn't matter. It is now packed and will be sent back tomorrow. I ordered from another supplier and it works fine.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • so far so good
