My iPad comes alive and brings people together!

Would recommend to any family that has been lacking in communication over the last few years. For the first time, your tablets bring the family together in a fun way.

Fantastic handheld gaming fun

It's a lot of fun to play and although the rules are fairly easy to understand, the games are complex and I had a lot of fun playing with my child or against other adults. The technology that allows small plastic figures to interact with the iPad is just magical! It brings a lot of experience and you can really feel like a board game and the animations make it even more fun. The four characters are very cute and their powers are well balanced. Good toys but almost no games.

I received a review copy of this game. While I enjoyed playing it with my young son (who is just starting school), there really isn't much strategy involved. The iPad has a lot to tinker with, and the little plastic pieces make it interactive, but I just can't see it as a game - there just aren't enough strategic choices. There's time and some choice, but not much. If you're looking for the real game, look elsewhere. If you want a cute toy character that (mostly) interacts with your iPad, fine.
