I like the video very much and my physiotherapist was happy that I .

Love the roller and my physical therapist was glad I got it. However, I'm a tall woman (250) and can't reach it with both hands when I put it on the back of my thigh, so my husband or daughter makes it for me. It's amazing and really relieves cramps. I have an S1 nerve root injury after 4 spinal surgeries. I haven't used it on my back but it's wonderful on the back of my leg.

As a masseur, I can only recommend this product! It is effective and you can use it almost anywhere on the body. I use it for myself too. It has worked wonders for my iliotibial bands and inner thighs. My husband uses it on his arms and shoulders. It is simply necessary! It is easy to use and has a good price. All the others I looked at were either cheap or very expensive. I'm thankful I found this one, it's sturdy and has held up well to everyday use!

Expected more good for massagers and equipment

Received this on the recommendation of my relative's orthopedist. He underwent surgery, after which his muscles were very tense. The surgeon said it should help with that. Due to its length, it is not always easy to use when the person hits objects (or the other leg) in a sitting position. . I used it on myself and it felt like a very light massage - didn't feel therapeutic at all. My relative said he was in pain (I think it was from tight muscles) so maybe that helps. Rolling "wheels" don'tโ€ฆ
