Ideal for 1/2 " plywood.

This is what you need for 1/2" plywood. We use them to make drawers for our closets. You don't blow out the receiving piece of plywood like #8 does. I only wish they came in a larger size. I carry 1.25 inches in a box of 5000, so I can buy them for about 0.02 each. They are more expensive per item.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Unique Screws for Power Tool Parts and Accessories

Although they may be more expensive than other screws that you can easily buy in packs, these screws have unique properties that make them pocket-friendly. I bought a pack of screws from Daiso (there's a $2 store for everything) that looked like this, thinking they could be used for pocket screws. Instead he got stuck. So I used those Kreg screws again. My advice is to go to the Kreg website and find the right size and type before you buy.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive

Works with power tools and hand tools

This review is for 1 inch long #7 pan head screws with large holes in pan head recesses. I bought these screws to assemble cabinet drawers made from 1/2" poplar. Since poplar is a softer wood, 30 years ago I chose large screws over fine thread and drilled pocket holes with a Kreg Micro Jig guide. The poplar rod in the Size was purchased from a local bulk box store and was less than 1/2" thick but the screws held the corner joints in place without the spikes protruding past the outside edge of…

Not impressed. find something better

This item has only been used 5 times, maybe less. I used a rubber mallet to join the vinyl floors together and about the fifth piece it broke on one end. I kept using it, but on the next few tiles the whole end crumpled. Didn't have time to wait for a replacement so I went to Lowe's and bought one off the shelf for pennies, Blue Hawk I believe. It worked great and in fact I never seem to use it. Revain refunded me immediately and I didn't even have to send the parts back. Thanks Revin

Pros
  • coarse thread for softwoods such as pine; and for plywood, MDF, chipboard

Fits tensioning accessories

This review is for 1 inch long #7 pan head screws with large holes for pan head sockets. I bought these screws for cabinet mounting. The drawers are 1/2" poplar. Since poplar is a softer wood, I used coarse wood screws rather than fine pitch thread. I drilled pocket holes with a Kreg Micro Jig drill guide. Note: I used pocket holes to make cabinets. for before For over 30 years Craig was selling cast pilot drill bits at woodworking shows. The poplar sized sample was bought at a local wholesale…
