Big! EASIER tank cleaning!

This has made cleaning our aquarium a lot easier. It only takes a couple of pumps and the water starts flowing. It can also clean your gravel but to be honest it's time consuming because the gravel stops the water flow and you have to shake it a bit to get it out so I decided to just do it myself. Besides, it's great. It was easy to assemble. I used it the first day I got it and have used it on and off ever since and it has made removing the water so much easier. I've read reviews here that…

THIS IS EASY TO USE AND WORKS GREAT!

This little product is AMAZING! I just used it to clean a 125 gallon tank and can't wait to use it on my smaller tanks. The suction tube is long enough to reach hard-to-reach places. The suction power is perfect. It sucks in dirty water and dirt, but does not take the substrate with it. It pulls the substrate up about halfway up the tube and flips it around, cleaning it well and then slowly returning it to the tank. I like the see-through suction tube because you can watch all the dirt being…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Private premieres! It reaches the ground by 25 inches!

Failed to load media. I've used another that uses a short 3" diameter plastic tubing and I've always disliked having to reach my entire 55g tall arm just to hit the ground! After 10 years of use it finally broke, so I could justify buying a new one! I bought this and am absolutely delighted. It's very easy. I just connect both hoses together, touch the bottom of the tank (24 inches) and just inflate 4-5 pumps and fire! I pushed the tip into the substrate and immediately pulled out the ditritus.

  • Solid surface
