This towel rail was more expensive than most but wanted something that looked good, was durable and didn't tarnish. It definitely looks good and is durable, and hopefully it will keep its faded appearance over time. Would buy again.

I bought two of these but one was loose and unusable. I still have the tool and have tried tightening it but it doesn't get tighter or more stable. It's too late to return and I can't find a way to contact the company for assistance. Unfortunately not for sale.

We've tried it in various positions, but it's a limited space to begin with, and the dimensions seem to call for something extra to throw in there. Its oversized width draws attention instead of just fading into the background.

An hour later I found the propeller lying on my front step where it must have fallen - either when it was placed on the step upon delivery or when I picked it up to carry it inside. The screw is crucial for assembling the product. Needs better packaging. When assembled it is quite strong. Good quality steel.

I like this rack because the last one I had had two round pieces on top to hold a towel. It only has one rod to fold the towel onto, which I really like. I have two other towel rails that were made from one round piece and I am going to replace them with this one. I am synonymous with a durable towel rail.

Ideal for multiple uses, arrives early, well packaged, beautiful! Also easy to assemble and didn't freak out as at first I thought I'd lost a screw due to the Allen key provided - that screw is already in the base - just a few turns and it's screwed in perfectly! Big size to fit anywhere!
