I use it to cover my balcony to protect it from the sun and rain after buying so many blue tarps, that I thought I needed this - something heavier This is by far the best tarp I have ever bought. I will be buying more for camping and to keep things dry I highly recommend this, you won't be disappointed

I like to stay overnight, either with a tent or with a tarp. I used this tarp a few weeks ago just to practice how to use it and what configuration I wanted to set it up in. I usually prefer winter camping. But I wanted to practice with this tarp. Absolutely perfect. Can't wait for the winter to see how well it will work. But I am more than confident that everything will work out. I'm considering getting another one, either as a backup or to expand my comfort zone.

OK - I bought this from the Revain Warehouse store which was advertised as "very good condition - cosmetic damage to packaging" - this is what I think happened: the tarpaulin was missing at least 3 grommets , so the original buyer returned it. The warehouse worker used a box cutter to open the box and managed to cut through the tote bag mesh and 3 layers of tarpaulin.
