It stretches but I would order a size up to be comfortable. It's meant to hug your body, so it's really nice, but it feels too small.

Agree with the other two posters. This dress is too small. I followed my measurements and the belt was too small, it's ok I can use another belt but the dress seemed too tight for me. I would still recommend this dress, just one size up.
