Very good so far. When installed, the mains cable is on the right-hand side.

I just installed this. A hole pattern in the wall would be nice. Since the holes are on the back of the device, it's hard to judge. The instructions are a joke. The parts are shown so small that it is not possible to see what goes where or in which direction the parts should move. I just had to understand. Bought this to replace the floor stand that was too short for our new long bath towels. It gets hot, almost too hot to touch, but I love drying towels and removing germs and bacteria…

While it's nice, it's not compatible with hard wires.

We got this for an endless bathroom makeover. In fact, the Amish are building entire cities faster than our contractor could do the job. We wanted a heated towel rail and while it looks good it was mentioned that it could be stiff. It can't. At least not without unplugging the three-pin plug, which nobody really likes. Great and economical bathroom solution

Great and economical bathroom solution! We ordered two for the main bathroom. The build was reasonable, of course it would be nice to give the pattern or measurements instead of relying on measurement and layout accuracy, but not really difficult. One of the great things about it is that you don't have to modify the electrical part to support it because it draws so little power (110W). (We have another 800 watt circuit that got its own 15 amp circuit just to make sure we didn't overload one.)…
