Great belt! I recently bought cargo shorts with smaller belt loops and my 1 1/2 inch belt didn't fit through them. This works fine.

This is the second of these straps that I have purchased and both are great. The first was brown and my husband liked it so much he asked if we could get the black one too. The buckle closure makes it easy to change buckles. The leather is very soft yet durable and the edges are beautifully finished. Initially we had trouble finding a 1 1/8" wide belt with a buckle closure; we are so glad we found this seller!

If you're like my man it's hard to get too carried away by the belt. When you need it, buy it and wear it until it breaks. So 5 stars here means it fits well (as expected), suits both casual and dressier occasions (as advertised) and is a quality leather belt that will last. I was concerned to read that a reviewer had received a cracked, brittle leather strap. I am happy to report that this was not the case here.

I bought this belt in Revain size 28 cognac. The belt goes great with my new docker pants. The stamp on the inside of the belt reads "Genuine Leather, Made in China". This belt will fit any man with a 26-29" waist. I wear it in the 2nd hole for a snug fit and leave 3 holes if I want it to be snug. Beautiful belt. Standard thickness is 1/8 inch but so soft and flexible I don't even know if I'm wearing it. And no glued faux leather, just 100% natural cowhide leather. It even smells like leather. Many "real leather" belts have beveled edges. which hide the "glued" leather in thin leather covers on each side of the belt. Glued leather belts are artificial junk that falls apart within six to eight months. The interchangeable buckle on this belt is great too, although the buckle itself is good
