The stitching came undone within a month

I've only worn it for a few days, more than a month and the stitching on the top of the bag has already come undone. Due to the design of the upper part of the bag, it can no longer be kept closed. So this goes in the trash.

The 2 liter pocket clip is made from cheap flimsy plastic and broke with minimal use

I have used several different brands and sizes over the years. This brand's 30 liter bag has a large, durable clip. The 2 liter bag has a much smaller thin plastic clip. Broke after about 2 uses. When folded, a 2-liter bag will fit a cell phone and maybe a protein bar.

My daughter's iPhone leaked and ruined it.

Looks like a great stuff sack, but unfortunately it isn't. I put her phone in her pocket, rolled up the top and zipped it up so I know it's done right. She was listening to music while on a raft on the beach and when she came back there was an inch of water at the bottom of the bag. Very disappointing.

Works well in dry bags

Good product. Arrived on time, well packaged. I have used the product a few times and it holds up well and keeps the items inside dry. I didn't download any of the packs we bought. We use bags in our boat so they get wet but don't sink into the water. I pack all my electronics in a double bag - just in case - I don't want to risk that.

There are backpack straps, material chinsier

Maybe I missed something but the big bag comes with backpack straps, I wouldn't prefer it. Cannot be removed without circumcision which I did. I have bought several waterproof bags of this type, this one is a bit thinner and made of lighter material. I prefer other vendors' product, it's not as rubbery.

Not fully waterproof

Use this on my SUP. They splashed, but did not immerse in water - after 2 hours there was moisture inside. As someone else mentioned, I think it's probably because the top is a simple nylon strap that isn't truly airtight. I'll put a thin bead of silicone sealant over the nylon and see if that helps.

This bag is not waterproof

This product would be the perfect dry bag he was looking for. The bag itself is well made, the seams are welded and absolutely waterproof. The problem is that the opening is reinforced with nylon webbing, not rubber like most dry bags. The nylon allows water to enter the bag no matter how many times you turn the clasp. The bottom line is that this bag is not waterproof.
