I ordered socks because of the low price - I was expecting a pair but when I received there were 2 pairs - boxed and sold together. The listing doesn't say you will get 2 pairs which is even better value for money. As for the socks - I was surprised at how heavy and THICK they are. They also have a white terry (?) inner lining. I've ordered them for next winter so can't comment on durability or warmth yet. Just wanted to post the arrival of two couples asap. The only problem is that I wear 11.5
