Works great - spares

Remember the days when you didn't have to press the accelerator? Well, it will bring that memory back to you. Holds the pump well. Hangs very well on the inside of the lid.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Nothing here

They work as advertised.

If you're fueling a big boat like me, this is easy on your wrist. Now I can talk on the phone while refueling and risk blowing myself and everyone else up. But seriously. I have other things to do than keep the 80 gallon pump running.

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

It didn't work for me at all

Almost useless. Maybe if you were somewhere where the gas pumps were very old fashioned. This does not work at all with typical California pumps. Bought to try for my mum who is 80 and has trouble getting her pump spout to pump gas due to arthritis. Decided to try it myself first. Absolutely useless. Damn.

I love this shop! best in hat

I love this item. In the winter in Buffalo, New York, it's great to strap this thing to the gas station, let go of the handle, and put your hands back in your pockets. But there is one improvement they could make. It would be nice if they put a small magnet on it so we could keep it safe next to the gas cap. But even without this feature I have to say that this is a great product!

Pros
  • practical item

I love this bad boy!

I'm in a state where those fuel pumps aren't catching the stuff that gets all the good stuff flowing. I didn't even know there was a ban. And it's damn cold here! He does exactly what he is supposed to. Don't throw away the included plastic Velcro! Use it to attach a vise to the inside of the tank door! It's durable and works well. Someone I know just kept it in their vise console, meaning they forgot about it most of the time.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • There are nuances

Great tool for refueling in cold climates

I can't count the number of times I've filled up my gas tank in freezing and freezing temperatures. I'm freezing because these gas stations, in their infinite wisdom, have decided that their gas stations don't need a working "gas station" cap. In my experience, it's rare to find a gas station that still retains the latches under the fuel pump handle to allow for automatic filling. I have a gas car and a decent commute. I run once or twice a week. I live in the Northeast where many days are…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Almost never
