It is not suitable for small frame bicycles.

I have a trekking bike. Track Marlin 5. I've searched a lot and wanted a really light, stylish bike seat. I checked with the company before purchasing and they said it "should" fit my bike. It is not. The seat barely touches the steering wheel and I kept my heels on it while we drove.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • No instructions

When cycling, we hit the leg stirrups and make them useless.

We had the same problem other reviewers mentioned: when pedaling, our feet would hit the stirrups. We tried it on a road bike and a mountain bike and had the same problem. We also tried sliding the seat as far back as possible and the problem still persisted. I had to go back. It might be better to mount it on a bike rack so it sits higher on the bike.

Badly designed. He taps his foot on each pedal

It's so poorly constructed. The plastic guard that keeps baby's feet off the bike sits on my heel and hits me with every swing. It's not little. I cut my shin from it. The only way to ride is to put your feet on the extreme edge of the pedals and then splay your heels so you don't bump into the wearer. such a major design flaw.

NOT COMFORTABLE! on child seats

I bought this seat specifically because it has soft padding for the child's comfort. The seat is not upholstered. It has HARD colored scratchy foam. The harness pads are "more comfortable" (I use the term loose) than the seat. The harness pads are very thin foam. The seat they sit on looks like rigid foam (very strange). For the price you definitely think they are a real comfort. I wouldn't recommend it if you want comfort. Stick with a regular plastic seat.

Best lightweight seat on the market

This is a great seat! It's very light so I was a little worried about its durability when we first took it out of the box but once attached to the bike it was very durable. Fits both my husband's Specialized Allez and my Specialized Vita with no problems. It took less than 15 minutes from unpacking to the first ride. It fits our one year old perfectly on the bottom strap and the magnetic buckle is just awesome. The only small improvement would be a chest buckle in addition to the magnetic…

Light and fairly strong but has some issues

RATING: I really wanted to buy this item as it was the highest weight class and the bracket on my previous bell was worn out. It states that it had to carry up to 48.5 pounds. Then a few weeks later they changed the rating to £40. Apparently they used to use the European rating system which is still listed on the seat but the US ASTM rating they added is only £40. So that explains the substitution. I kept it because others gave it very good reviews and the support rods are a bit thicker than my
