NOT correct bearing for MK3 VW. Get 510004

This is NOT the correct front wheel bearing for the MK3 VW Golf where the Revain alternator states it is. The correct part number is 510004. I found this out after trying to install them, they are SLIGHTLY too big.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Finish
Cons
  • Not sure

I like.: Equipment for heavy and commercial vehicles

I like. I just wish I knew NOW what I didn't know before. Haha! Anyhow, it's been about 500 miles since installation and everything still seems tight and quiet. Is working!

Pros
  • Easy assembly
Cons
  • Nothing

Perfect fit for RZR 800 rear hub

Untested yet but seems well made - I trust Timken's reputation. I installed this on my 11 RZR 800 rear hub and it fits perfectly. I used a 20 ton Hbr Frght Press which made it easy. A year has passed and no problems - they work great in Rzr!

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Modern

Much smoother front end on my 2003 Mazda Protege!

Paired with Dorman 930-550 wheel hub and Timken RET237 clip and Timken 1932S seals to replace front hub assemblies on my 2003 Mazda Protege LX, perfect fit and easy installation (although I did freeze the hubs and bearings, um to make it easier). Now a very smooth silent frontend!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Slightly torn

I hate this game: High-performance tires, wheels and hubs

Everything seems to be nothing these days. You order a Timken and a part from another company appears in the Timken box. You are purchasing 2 Timken parts and both appear in Timken packaging but one was made in the USA and the other was made in China. It's the same for most other companies. This set of bearings didn't even last 6 weeks. The next set can last 6 years. I hate this game.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • High price

Perfect for 2000 Jetta TDI

Installed Junker brand Autozones and they grind and vibrate my car SO bad it was ridiculous. 50 € cheaper than in the parts trade. Junker camp removed, bad guys dented, assembled, drove off and QUIET. A week later we moved to Florida. 1000 miles later and 15 hours drive and they are perfect. I recommend the Jetta 2000 for the whole day.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Not bad

Fake camp. This is not Timken stock.

THIS IS NOT A TIMKEN CAMP! It comes in a fake Timken box and is cheap, low quality stock. There is a huge market for fake bearings as inferior replicas can be made to look exactly like the real thing but are made from a much cheaper and softer metal. There is a free app that allows you to scan the code on the box and it will tell you if you are getting real or fake lager. Google fake stock and you will know all about it. My previous fake stock blew up after about 9 months leading to me looking…

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Some Trouble
