I ordered this pillow because my baby is almost 2 years old and has outgrown his IKEA training pillow. I've attached photos for comparison. This pillow is very fluffy and my baby loves it. He was so happy to get a pillow, nice and fluffy, just like mom and dad. We washed both the pillow and cover before use and they arrived in perfect condition. It seems to me that after washing the pillow became even more fluffy.

This is a great pillow for people like me who have back and/or hip problems and need to put a pillow between their knees at night when sleeping on their side. to reduce complaints. Lovely pillow but too fluffy for my 2 year old. His head is held too high and it doesn't look comfortable. He used it for the first time last night and hardly slept. Tonight I suggested he choose his old flatter pillow or the new one and he chose the flatter one. He seems much more comfortable with a smaller pillow on the video monitor tonight. Maybe he's growing into that pillow, but now it just doesn't fit. In this photo you can see how fluffy he is next to my sleeping toddler's head.

Update: My daughter is 4.5 years old now and still uses it as a sleeping pillow in kindergarten. Still tip-top, still with the same pillowcase. Not bad for 3 years use! We introduced it at 19 months. Our child has never used a pillow. She LOVES this thing more than anything. Goes down every morning. Hugs her while she falls asleep. I'm a little sorry I didn't introduce it sooner!
