Great Bike Holder - Sport

I had 2 bikes, got the 3rd, needed a way to hold them all. Bikes standing upright against the wall take up a lot of space and this is done so they can be stacked on top of each other.

Pros
  • Sport
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Great for tight spaces

The Swing-Up has allowed me to move my bike out of my living room and into a small dead space in my apartment. I set it up so I can turn my bike back and forth in front of the front door. The stand itself is well made and works well with my 45mm motocross tires. I like the facility.

Pros
  • Cycling
Cons
  • Low maintenance

Great for road bikes

Compared to other mounts and found it easy to install and use (great price). You can probably get by with plaster anchors, but you need a REALLY light bike. I attached boards to the wall to keep the bikes closer and save space. The installation is very strong and reliable.

Pros
  • Indoor bike storage
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

The screws aren't strong enough

I really like these mounts. However, the supplied screws are not strong enough. I installed mine in wooden studs, but my bike (aluminum road bike) still pulled the mount out of the wall. I fixed this by plugging the old hole with a drywall anchor and reinstalling it with a thicker (#10) and longer (2") screw. I recommend tossing the screws out of their packaging and using them immediately #10 2" screws to install. .

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoor
Cons
  • So far so good
