The bar is not what I expected in terms of durability. The black plastic hooks at the ends are too flexible of plastic and bent COMPLETLY under load of only a few shirts and pants, rendering the entire unit unusable. Poor quality.

Great product, but the rubber coating comes up short when it is extended to fit inside my truck. There is bare metal about 12-14 inches at the end which not only looks off but the hangars slide around.

I was a little concerned if it would fit into our Chevy Traverse, but it was perfect. In addition Photos sometimes do not tell the details, when it arrived it was obvious that this is a Quality Item, good and solid with great features.

I own a boutique and it helps a TON when transporting clothes between locations. That said I LOAD this down. It's fallen on me 2x after going over bumps. I've used the hooks and the handles & tried both together (which is when it fell down) so stick with one option or the other. It hasn't pulled my hooks out and again I load this baby down. So it's improved my happiness with wrinkle free clothes b/c steaming items over is not part of my job I love lol.

Extremely happy with the Car Expandable Clothes Rod Bar! We had a family wedding and we took our family's wedding clothes, so their flight would be easier. believe me we had a lot of weight on that bar, and it held up perfectly. I would highly recommend this product!

I was surprised at how sturdy it was, and fairly heavy. I used the metal rings to hang it in my van, and it worked great. I am very happy with the quality of this product.

I think it is assembled wrong. Can it be fixed? The hooks for using the grab bars are not on the same side for the two different ends.

This works exactly as you would expect. No issues with that or the quality. The issues I have are that it hangs down too far from the coat hooks in the car and it's rather large in diameter. Between both of those, it is perfectly centered in my field of vision looking thru the rear window, which means it blocks my view of cars coming up behind me. That's rather annoying and for that reason it gets 3 stars.

I received this on time, but didn't actually install it until yesterday. I had been reticent about the size because my Saturn Vue is smaller than most SUV's. But, this product fit just perfectly. I did not have to do anything but hang it on the hooks that were already in place in the car. I highly recommend it. The hangars stay in place and everything has worked out well. Great product!

I like it, it expands and the clothes do not slide. However, in my Chevy, the hook will fall off during patrol. I had to adapt it with wire ties, so that it is secure.

I was tired of packing for a trip only to have certain things come out of the suitcase needing an iron. Who wants to iron while on a trip/vacation? This was super easy to set up in the back seat of my car and worked like a charm to keep several of my clothing items from needing ironing! Highly recommend.

This product fit into my vehicle perfectly, does a great job of holding a lot of clothes while travelling, while leaaving lots of space in the trunk for smaller suitcases. Leave yourself lots of time for arrival of product. Don't bother wasting money on a quick delivery, least not to Canada.I paid the extra and it came later than guaranteed arrival date, one day before I left on vacation. Does not change the fact that the product works as advertised. I would reccommend anytime.

Just what we were looking for when traveling.saves so much room in my suit cases.does the job and arrived very quickly.going to be traveling alot this fall and winter.to Florida.it will get a good woekout!

I have a tiny little kia rio lx, 2007 and it fit. It's resting on the aw crap handles in the back perfectly. However, when traveling if you have empty hangers, they will move across the bar regardless of the rubber on it preventing that. But that's just logical because they're so light without clothing on them. Pro tip: put the clothes behind the drivers seat so you don't mess up your line of sight for lane changes, etc.Great product, would absolutely buy again.

It’s easy to install and fine for hanging a few things but under a full load of clothes or in very hot weather it falls down a lot. It seemed like when my car got very hot sitting in the sun the rubber ends became softer and the rack would fall down just sitting there

I modified by cutting off the rubber to use in my closet. Ten jeans lots of shirts and handbags. Heavy enough to bow my old wood dowl (sp?) rod. Very sturdy and easy to use

In my experience, the clothes bars I have purchased before were weak, but this one is very stout and sturdy and will hold a lot of clothes in an organized manner without bending. For quality and price, this one is the best.

The unit came packaged well. It appeared to be sturdy and offered two ways to attach it to the car. The only small negative I found, and it could be my car, was that when I hooked it over the entry assist handles, it tipped slightly to one side. So I simply used a couple of zip ties to ensure it would not slip off during travel. The construction of the rod was good and the clothes did not slip sideways on it during travel. I would recommend this to anyone.

Intially not sure I liked it-though after installing in my car I love the product. Well worth the price and happy with the clothes bar

Came as promised and described. Easy to adjust and fit my truck fine. Was able to accommodate all the items I needed and held up on cross country drive without an issue.
