As in the previous review by "thinblueline", the purchased set is non-transferrable. It just clicks but the voice is not transmitted over the radio.

Done and working. I wear it every day when I work as a security guard for a sports team in my city. I'll probably buy another one one day.

The audio tube doesn't quite fit my ear but with ear defenders or an open motorcycle helmet the tube doesn't fall off like it does outdoors. It's mainly used in these areas so I can listen to my radio on the range or while driving. There were also no complaints about the sound quality of the microphone from other people.

We control availability of carts in the force of 5 soccer team games. I have chauffeurs throughout the facility and need to coordinate customer pickup and delivery. I bought this and the first game I used it in several of my drivers told me my mic was muted and they couldn't hear me. I've been using this type of radio for over a decade so I know what I'm doing. This product did not live up to expectations.

I ordered 5 of these for work. I put them on several different radios (Motorola XPR3500e) and NONE of them broadcast. There was a click in the speaker when the microphone was pressed, but the voice transmission did not go through on ONE. The company then exchanged 11 emails with me before telling me they had to be returned for a refund. I suspect a production error as none of the ones I ordered fitted and they all had the same problem. Let the buyer be alert.

I was very happy to find a headset that could communicate flawlessly with the Motorola device I use every day at work at an affordable price. I prefer the mic button because I'm usually in places where the Autovox mic increases due to ambient noise, and the mic switch on this unit works well. I really like it and hope it continues to work as well as it has for the past month or so. I recommend it to others who need in-ear sound and a push button switch for the microphone.

This earphone is very loud. I work as a security guard in a very noisy environment and the Motorola headphones just aren't loud enough. The microphone in this headset is quite bulky, but it lays flat so I can squeeze it with my wrist or even my chin when my hands are full. I've had two of these.
