Description of πŸ”ͺ Ultima 45mm Rotary Cutter Kit – Advanced Ergonomic Rotary Cutter with 8 SKS-7 Steel Blades, Straight & Pattern-Cut

The Ultima 45mm Rotary Cutter Kit includes the ergonomic Ultima rotary cutter and eight 45mm blades: 4 straight line, I wavy line (lg), 1 wavy line (sm), I dotted line and 1 skip line. This Ultima rotary cutter kit includes a total of 8 high-quality, precision-ground, 45mm SKS-7 steel blades. Each blade provides precision cutting and long-lasting sharpness. The ergonomically designed Ultima rotary cutter is ideal for cutting multiple layers of fabric, felt, paper, vinyl and more. The blade can be attached to either side of the cutter providing ambidextrous (right and left hand) use. This Ultima rotary cutter is designed for light-to-medium duty projects with fabric, paper, cardboard, vinyl and other common materials. The blade is spring-loaded so that it retracts automatically. The blade can be locked in both the open and closed positions. (It is highly recommended that the cutter be locked in the closed position when not in use to prevent accidental injury.).

Easy to use. Cuts great!

This is the nicest device I've had in a long time! Costs money. Simple and fun. Don't forget the self-healing cutting mat!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Upgradeable

The blades are good, the cutter not so much.

Knife is fairly cheap - not easy to detach. But the blade options are good, especially the two wavy ones - that's why I bought it. The cutter could be thrown away.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • No mold required

You need it!: Rotary Knife

Never New I needed this thing until I tried it. Now I'm upset that I was without him for so long. I love that I can make a perforated line that can be torn off (to make price tags). It also works great for what I bought it for, cutting cellophane!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Only available in Black

Broke after a few days

At first I liked how ergonomic it was and it was easier to cut so I liked it. But it broke after just a few uses. The handle is broken inside so I have to pull it out again to cut it. I would not recommend this item. I am looking for another ergonomic cutter

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts & Sewing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

My newest hobby is

I am new to the world of sewing and couldn't do what I do without this tool. It works great through multiple layers. If there's a bigger one I'll refrain from updating because I'm having too much fun with this little one and don't want to get carried away πŸ˜€. Great product, great grip.

Pros
  • Quilting
Cons
  • Very Expensive

does the job. Ideal for making blankets and fleece quilts.

The blades were sharp and cut easily. Easy to use. Safety lock to keep the blade in place. The only problem was that the clasp with the extra blades broke when opened. However, this did not affect the tool or the blades themselves. Easy to change blades. would recommend.

Pros
  • Rotary knife
Cons
  • Out of fashion
