Can be used as bath towels. They're moderately soft and definitely wearable, but true luxury towels are softer, wick moisture better, and are far more durable. After using it for 2 months it started to disintegrate in several places. I don't think it will take longer than 6 months. There are premium towels that might cost twice as much but have been softer in recent years. If you need a bath towel for regular use, get a better quality one.

26/09/2017 Update: Just want to say they have been through a few washes and have kept their color and material very well. I ordered these towels for my guest bathroom that I am renovating. They were a lot darker than I thought but that's ok as my bathroom walls are light gray and it's a nice contrast. They are quite big and fat. I shook them a few times and the fabric didn't fall off like poor quality towels do. I am very pleased!

Follow up after 1 year. Nice when they arrived. But it didn't last long. On the second wash (which was the same as how I normally wash bath towels) the color bled and turned to patches of golden copper along with grey. To date, the copper color has prevailed over gray. I don't know why I didn't send them back immediately, but we were in the middle of a frantic move from one state to another. I probably just didn't need another disappointment on my plate.

Very thick and plush. The color is saturated. My only complaint is that they have already been washed at least 6 times and the darker colored towels are still not absorbent. They almost seem to repel water compared to the lighter colors I've ordered. We used a vinegar rinse on every wash and didn't use fabric softeners.
