🚐 12V Motorhome Air Vent Ventilation, Maso RV Caravan Cooling Exhaust Fan Review

Fits perfectly in my motorhome, although the airflow was a little less than expected. Good thing the motor was reversible because I was using it as a bathroom exhaust fan. Also shipped quickly!

For the price I expected something stronger. While it works and provides minimal airflow, the quality of the components makes one wonder if it will last more than a week of continuous use. Now we are discussing whether to return the block or not.

I installed it in my work van to keep the doors closed as I have an inverter and an extra battery cooler. I used a mechanical attic fan thermostat to control it. The fan is quiet, looks good and installs easily. The fan draws almost 0.2 amps at 12 volts. If necessary, the fan can be replaced with a stronger one. The screws are a little cheap, but this is an easy fix.

[Updated August 20, 2020] Yes, so the fan stopped working after only 2 or 3 hours of use. It was hooked up to a DC inverter which is working fine. All connections checked -- EXCEPT the manufacturer's connection to the board itself, which I can't test without cutting/prying/melting the fan, as it came along with a strong hatred of self-service and planned obsolescence of pictorial screws is .
