Cheaply made, most accessories will not fit, but will work in a financially tight situation.

As a beginner engraver, these vices were affordable for me. That will do. but at the moment I don't know how long. What I don't like is the overall cheap quality. All holes are tapped and none of the pins are threaded. The pins are brittle and most of them aren't even the same size as the holes (many are too big, others, hardly useful, are too small and have a lot of play). If you plan photographing work in progress, find a way to fix the holes because they are completely rusted. The kit…

Low quality. You will not use it for serious jewelry work.

Vevor 3 is an inferior imitation of a real engraving block ball vise. While this works for general engraving you might do sometime at Blue Moon, it's not for real jewelry work. But they are suitable for wood carving, which is why I gave them 2 stars. Problems: the tolerances of all parts are just too big, and all moving parts have too much play - the two slide chucks have about 3mm play. at the top, causing the set to lack precision.
