My tank is still leaking

This is the same one I ordered from the parts store and I have the same problem with both no matter what I do they still lose air so I just get rid of the tank

A more convenient air tank was made.

This manifold, along with a new hose, gauge and cartridge, helped me salvage a service tank that was seeing its best. Holds the pressure for a long time now.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons

Quality replacement

This replacement valve was a perfect match for my air tank. It is fully sealed, preventing leaks and offering a high level of manageability. My highest expectations were met.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Older model

As others have said the relief valve rises by approx.

As others have said the relief valve rises at around 80 PSI. Almost every tank or shop compressor will operate at 125psi if the working pressure weren't listed in the description.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Something else

Now I know why he has low ratings!

The thread on the manometer was somehow defective. I couldn't screw on the pressure gauge, rendering the manifold useless. Of course, Revain replaced him, but that was very inconvenient. It's a pity that I didn't pay attention to the bad rating of this article before buying it. Very poor quality control

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Exchange option

Threaded hole for gauge.

Gauge fitting has 1/8"-27 NPT threads and is not deep enough. -27 NPT and threads a 1/8"-27 NPT female onto the calibration thread. The tap and die removed some of the material and now I can make three full turns.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • Generally fine, but...

Operating limits are NOT listed or are unlikely to be available

Like most but performs better than others this is a separate inlet and valve. Many of them are integrated in such a way that they fall out together or on top of each other. BUT this device does NOT specify what pressure the relief valve will operate at, and while most of these tanks are rated at 125psi (maximum allowable working pressure), it appears that THIS valve only wants to relieve pressure at 100psi. Also, note that simply using Teflon tape on a joint this size will almost always leak…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly dented
