One of my lights eventually went out so I bought them to replace both. They work pretty neatly, you literally just plug them into the socket you would normally plug a light bulb into and then screw right in. They fit perfectly and they are nice and bright.

*Update* died within 6 months considering I could have had 20 hours of this on the bulbs. Installed them on my miata nb2 and they are crazy bright. also work great as trunk lights but am a little worried they might draw too much attention at night. In any case, the work was exactly as described.

Super bright. It was high time for a replacement, one kept falling out. Even though my old ones worked fine I had to replace them as they are much better and brighter. If you look at the reviews then you are interested in them let me tell you that you will not be disappointed if you buy them you will be impressed.

Easy plug and play installation in less than 30 seconds: just unplug the old bulb and plug it back in immediately. I also love that it comes with a new plastic housing for each light, the old one was about 20+ years old and now it's long overdue to replace the day and night differences with these LED lights. Only giving 4 stars out of 5 because it can use a more secure connection on the OEM cable connector, it seems like it might pop out randomly, you can tape it to make it more secure.
