Highly recommended in vinyl wrap

When my husband (who totally convinced me to help him) and I first used it it was very easy to work with. I am very impressed. The YouTube videos didn't lie, they were easy to use and good looking.

Easy to use and looks great!

Despite some negative reviews I decided to try VViViD XPO. I'm glad I did! It's easy to use, looks good and is very affordable. I am very happy with the overall quality of the product. I would like to try other patterns.

Cons

Good product, not easy to apply

The product seems to be of good quality but this is the first attempt at packaging. It didn't end very well, but you have to learn it somehow. I would advise you to start small and feel it. Once heat is applied, the adhesion becomes much stronger, but heat is definitely required to apply.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I don't remember

Well suited for car interiors

This wrapper worked as described in the description and others. I glued the wooden interior trim on my 2004 E55 AMG and it worked great. This was my first time wrapping something and it's not perfect but I can see it can be done a lot better with experience. The product itself is great.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Wrinkles on vinyl packaging can

As another viewer noted, the packaging is terrible and the paper is wrinkled. If you want to use a large piece, you just can't because there's no way to get rid of the crease and it becomes obvious that it's not metal, it's paper. The material was also very thin. Maybe there is an application of it, but it didn't fit ours.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Be careful when ordering multiple pieces

Great product. Except you may need to order multiple pieces if you want the grain pattern to be the same when wrapping your car interior. I usually use 2 pieces of 1x5 but for my BMW the console had to be 18" wide and I couldn't flip the film or the fibers went to the back. So when I ordered a larger piece, it was a completely different color and texture. As you can see from the picture this is a beautiful vinyl with a very nice brush pattern.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Looks great, not sticky at all.

I've used quite a bit of vinyl on the interior trim, to the point of a full car wrap. I have no idea why, but no matter how hot I heat this vinyl (yes, I use a heat gun, as you should), it doesn't want to stick to my fairings. Flat surfaces stick well but once you start wrapping the corner piece it doesn't stick at all and my end pieces look terrible. Next time I'll buy 3M because at least their material doesn't lose adhesion out of nowhere.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Almost never
