A little disappointed. I bought this thinking part of the mask which would be black like the picture and I received it and it was grey. Still cute and it's the softest pillow I've ever felt. my son loves this

I was expecting it to be a fleece sheet with sewn edges. it is much more. The print is exactly the same as in the photo but it feels so soft. and it's thicker than i thought. very sturdy feel and durable yet lightweight. great ceiling.

It's soft, soft and menacing-looking! ;) My daughter loves it. One star off because it was cheaply packaged and one of the bat ears was bent. So he has a crease that won't come out. We live with it came from Santa Claus. It would be ideal if they took the time to wrap it up and protect it a little.

I was disappointed to get a gray pillow when the picture clearly showed it would be black. The mouth is reddish, although the picture clearly shows it should be black. The color competition makes the pillow look good but I didn't get that. One ear is bent and does not straighten up. It was going to be a gift and I didn't open it right away as I wasn't expecting to get something that didn't look like what I ordered. Now I don't want to box it up because I definitely wouldn't buy it like that…
