As with other reviews, I was quite skeptical due to the waterproof lining. The lining itself is made of super soft elastic plastic. Makes no noise even when crushed in your hands. This is the part I was worried about, but don't worry. Nicely washed. Good thickness, not cheap at all. SUPER SATISFIED with the purchase. I don't know how many washes they will last but so far I like them.

You really deserve all the other great reviews I've seen! Top quality. Nice thick quilting, quality zip and a waterproof layer that feels thick without adding bulk. We both grind our teeth at night and wanted to protect our expensive pillows from drooling over them :-) I also have a buckwheat flour pillow (brand Hullo) and this zippered cover makes it even better as it fits very snugly. So this makes Hullo nice and complete. I would definitely buy them again!

These pillowcases work very well. I bought them to protect my new wool pillows, which are very expensive. I needed a waterproof cover to protect my pillows from sweat yellowing the fabric. This didn't happen, but when it does these covers are yellow in color which can be removed for cleaning. Others have said they don't make noise, which I think can happen with waterproof cases. I bought a set of these pillows for my husband and myself. His pillow is terribly old, but he doesn't want to part with it. I put him in one of those cases and he didn't notice any difference, so that's a plus. I, on the other hand, can't say that I like it very much. My pillow is quite full and well built, but it feels like it's slipping into the cover and the result is my pillow sliding into the cover over my head. When I try to get comfortable, I hear the faint crackling of the inner lining.
