Arch Saver on my review.

I bought these for my Uggs and they fits so nicely without any bulk. During the cold months I wear mostly snow shoes which have no support so my feet/instep are so sore after walking short distances. What a difference after using this arch support for the past 2 weeks. Soreness, pain, blisters gone.I can feel the benefits of the arch support and it's like night and day. This is a great foot support for anyone with flat feet like myself its a Godsend. Great value for the money.

Pros
  • used on a regular basis seems to help.
Cons
  • I liked that these are not hard plastic.Disliked that they didn’t completely solve my problem.

Like walking on clouds

I have flat feet and have noticed at age 23 that I cannot stand or walk around for more than one day. I go to a lot of events that I cannot sit at and have to walk a lot. These make those events possible for me. I don't get the aches and pains I used to and can keep going. My feat have never been so comfortable. I am considering buying another pair for my high heals.

Pros
  • I prefer the full length because the 3/4 run behind my toes. But they work as well as the full size.
Cons
  • May cause discomfort for individuals with sensitive feet

None better in my review

I have been buying these for over 10 years. Whenever I buy a pair of shoes with little to no arch support, I gt another set. Seriously, these are amazing.

Pros
  • Feels good also.
Cons
  • May not provide enough shock absorption for individuals with joint pain

I greatly prefer this stiff but spongy support to the hard plastic orthotics I've tried in the past. I used them to get rid of a case of plantar fasciitis, and continue to use them (for several years now) because they help support my feet at the angle that works for me with a high arch, rather than the angle most shoes come in. Since the arch support is a dense foam, it gives in just the right way, where a hard plastic orthotic does not.I would prefer the full length ones, except that my feet…

Pros
  • I need these as inserts for my shoes. They are the only inserts that work for me.
Cons
  • May add too much bulk to already tight-fitting shoes

Read carefully. - my new review

Read carefully the description on these Spenco insoles. These are the soft ones with a soft arch cookie. They are not the fiberglass, firm Spenco insoles even though they say Rx. Depends on what you are looking for, but the all look alike when looking online. I think these are OK, but will not hold up to someone who larger framed. I think that they may flatten out. We will see. My fault on the order. Reordering the firm fiberglass ones from another site.

Pros
  • Spencore material exclusive cushioning layer absorbs shock and impact to provide comfort.Hand wash in warm water. Air dry
Cons
  • May not stay in place during physical activity

Good support to have for flats

I needed arch support in my dress flats but most supports out there have the heel cup/cushion which makes shoes fall off my feet. The stand-alone arch support inserts are invariably too stiff and high for me. The Spenco RX Arch Cushion has a flat heel area and is soft without compromising support. I had to trim a lot on the side and in the toe area because I have small feet, but otherwise this has been great.

Pros
  • Can help improve posture and reduce knee and back pain
Cons
  • Can be difficult to trim to fit properly

Excellent product. - my new review

Recently purchased two pair of Mizuno sneakers and knew I needed additional arch support. I'm an avid walker. I've been buying these for years. Please don't discontinue. Excellent product.

Pros
  • 7 sizes for correct arch cushion placement for better overall fit, comfort and performance
Cons
  • Can be too hot for individuals in warmer climates

Excellent Arch Support Works for Many Shoe Types

I have been wearing these arch supports for years and absolutely love them. Because they are soft, they can fit easily in shoes of various heel heights – I wear them in both flat oxfords, and slip them in wedges, which cannot be said of hard arch supports. I highly recommend these inserts and can walk and be on my feet all day wearing them without a problem.

Pros
  • Provides arch support to alleviate foot pain
Cons
  • May not be effective for individuals with shin splints

This product has saved my feet!

For years I had custom-made, hard orthotics to help with my terrible pronation problem (feet rolling inward, sometimes called "flat feet). They worked fine, but cost $350 in 1980s dollars, and I could not afford to replace them as a stay-at-home mom with small children. My doctor suggested I try these, and they have been doing the job for me ever since! While not "cheap," I can afford to have a pair for every pair of shoes, and they have kept my feet from hurting for the past 15…

Pros
  • Ideal for people with flat feet or high arches
Cons
  • Can make shoes feel too heavy

Thin and comfortable fit

This is a great product, it gave me immediate relief and fit my shoes without causing me discomfort; great arch support. This product was recommended by my podiatrist; I was in so much pain that I purchased at almost 2X the price; at a shoe repair. Bought this pair at 1/2 the price at Ebay; say goodbye to Dr. Scholls

Pros
  • 6515-01-323-6626
Cons
  • May not fit properly into boots or dress shoes

Pleased with them for my opinion

Better than my older pair but similar. Bought two pair and like them, as they do not take up much space in the forefoot of the shoe.

Pros
  • Reduces pressure points on the feet for improved comfort
Cons
  • Can cause discomfort when walking on hard surfaces

Helps with plantar faciitis

I'm in the process of trying just about anything I can to help with my plantar faciitis. So far, these seem to be working better than both Superfeet insoles and the "medical grade" (but not custom) orthotics I got from my podiatrist. Also, for what it's worth, my podiatrist commented that these are "one of the better over-the-counter arch supports." My criticism is that the actual arch support piece feels a little small and "lumpy". I think with all of these types of things, however, the…

Pros
  • Lightweight design doesn't add extra bulk to shoes
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with corns or calluses

We love these. - my new review

I have high arches and I have tried many different arch supports, but keep coming back to the Spenco. They offer the most support and are the most comfortable by far. They do take up extra room in the shoe, but all 3/4 or full length supports do. They last a long time and can be washed. My husband and I both use them.

Pros
  • Can improve performance in activities that require overall foot support
Cons
  • May not provide enough cushioning for individuals with metatarsal stress fractures
