Bad insulation material

Sensors work fine I only have one complaint, the insulation material on the cables is very brittle and after a little use it starts to peel off and is very itchy when it comes to skin.

Pros
  • Temperature and humidity
Cons
  • Can't remember

Good long wire for testing, measuring, and verifying

Used to measure the temperature of a wood-fired pizza oven built by Immaculata University students. The probes worked well and the students learned a lot about the thermal conductivity of bricks.

Pros
  • Temperature Probes and Sensors
Cons
  • Doubtful
