Some mechanisms in my iMac need to be replaced. It does the job perfectly. Just don't try to reuse them when you open the screen again. Found out the hard way with the first set. But if you use them the way you should, then it really works. After buying a new set, there were no problems.

3 stars because of terrible packaging! This is for a 21 inch screen but filled and folded. I. 6 inch Bible cover. These strips CANNOT be folded. It was not halved, but folded three times. Almost couldn't use it but luckily I was able to straighten them. One got stuck so I had to cut off a small patch. Great product, stick and work, pack better!
