The pendant is SMALL and the inscription is even smaller

The pendant is SMALL and the inscription is even SMALLER and almost impossible to read unless you already know what it says. The part that connects the pendant to the chain is too rounded, protruding further than the pendant and not letting it lay as flat as it should. I am not very happy considering I waited ALMOST 3 WEEKS to receive this item as it was supposed to be a gift from my mother in conjunction with my grandmother who recently passed away from lung cancer.
