Review on GVDV by Michael Cox

I recently bought some outdoor equipment from GVDV, but I couldn't believe how poorly they handled my order. First of all, the delivery was a week late, and I had to get updates on my purchase from customer service several times. One of the items wasn't included in the package when it eventually came. I quickly got in touch with customer service once more, but this time I got a dismissive and unhelpful response. They informed me that the missing item was out of supply and made no attempt to make amends. To make things worse, I was informed that I had missed the return window by a day and that they would not accept my return when I attempted to return the other items I had bought. Overall, I had a disappointing and frustrating encounter with GVDV. I've been let down by their subpar customer service and lack of responsibility, which has discouraged me from using them in the future.
