Review on Kutzall by Jamie Mousavi

I recently made a purchase from Kutzall's online store, and I'm really unhappy with it. Even though I paid extra for expedited delivery, it took my order more than two weeks to arrive, and when it did, the item was broken and useless. I attempted to contact customer service for help, but I only received unpleasant and unhelpful responses. I was annoyed and unsatisfied with Kutzall's merchandise and support throughout the entire experience. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop with this internet retailer.
