Recently, I had a bad encounter with MasonicMan, an online retailer of men's apparel, shoes, and jewelry. Because of the impressive assortment and expert design of the company's website, I had high hopes for it, but sadly, those hopes were not realized. First of all, I was very dissatisfied with the caliber of the goods I got. The shoes and apparel were of poor quality and did not resemble the pictures on the website. Even worse, the jewelry appeared to be constructed of low-quality plastic and felt incredibly flimsy. To make things worse, when I attempted to return the items, I encountered significant difficulties in reaching customer service. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive, and it took several tries and numerous emails to receive an answer. Overall, my interaction with MasonicMan left me feeling incredibly let down. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone searching for high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry. Look elsewhere and save your money.
