Why Spending Money at WiseLife Online Store Is Not Worth It

As an experienced internet shopper, I've dealt with a variety of online retailers. I recently came across the WiseLife online store and chose to give it a shot. I must admit, though, that I was absolutely let down by my interaction with this store. First and foremost, WiseLife's online store has a very small range of products, particularly for kitchen and household goods. I was greatly dissatisfied because I was hoping to have a variety of options to chose from. I did locate some goods on their website, however they were pricey and had costs that were greater than those I could find in other retailers. Even worse, it took weeks for my order to arrive due to the delivery period being far longer than anticipated. When it did, the goods were harmed and didn't fit the website's description. Despite calling their customer service, I got no assistance in fixing the problem and felt duped and frustrated. Finally, I would not advise anyone to shop at WiseLife's website. They are not worth your money because of their few available products, exorbitant prices, protracted shipping times, and useless customer support. I strongly advise seeking for superior substitutes that offer more affordable costs, superior customer service, and a wider range of products.

Pros
  • Some things are priced reasonably.
Cons
  • Very expensive in many respects.
